The 2nd Real Estate Expo North starts

Real Estate industry decision makers meet in Thessaloniki

The only real estate exhibition that focuses on promoting international partnerships between its exhibitors returns to Thessaloniki for the second consecutive year.

From Friday 10 to Sunday 12 November 2023 at pavilion 16 of the TIF-HELEXPO exhibition centre, representatives from real estate agencies, construction companies, digital services companies, law firms and representatives of financial institutions will meet at the 2nd Real Estate Expo North in order to inform about international developments in the sector and new projects coming to Northern Greece.

Real Estate Expo North is the only exhibition for real estate and investment, and is the meeting point for decision makers in the Balkans and beyond! As part of the exhibition, on Saturday 11 November, the 3rd Real Estate Forum will take place, where renowned speakers from Greece, Israel, England, and Bulgaria will answer the most important questions of the industry and answer questions from the public.

Among the speakers, Mr. Cobi Bitton, CEO of the Israel-Greece Chamber of Commerce, talks about the interest of Israeli investors in the real estate market in Greece and in Thessaloniki in particular, while Mr. Dimitris Michas, Head of the Office of Economic and Commercial Affairs of the Embassy of Greece in Sofia, together with the executives of “Trace Group Hold PLC” analyze the investment presence of Bulgaria in Northern Greece and the prospects for further cooperation.
In addition, issues such as the Thessaloniki Coastal Front Regeneration, the Western entrance of Thessaloniki, the creation of the first 4th generation technology park as an innovation ecosystem, the regeneration of the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre’s buildings and many more will be presented during the conference.

Furthermore, immediately after the end of the conference, the CEO of the Israel-Greece Chamber of Commerce, Cobi Bitton, will host an event on “The impact of the war on regional stability, economic developments and Israeli investments in Greece”.

Finally, within the framework of the exhibition, renowned companies of the sector will present their new business projects exclusively for the exhibition’s audience on Friday 10 November in the Project & Investment Presentation in 60′ section, while through the specialised Hosted Buyer programme, professional investors from Europe, the United Arab Emirates and Asia will be present throughout the exhibition in order to conclude business agreements with their Greek counterparts.
